At Potomac Working Dogs, we believe in offering high-quality services at reasonable rates. Our pricing model reflects our commitment to transparency and affordability.

Summer Travel Special:

Bag inspection before entering home.  $125 for up to 2 pieces of luggage.  Each additional bag is $20.  

Residential Services:

Home Inspection for up to 2 rooms: $299 (up to 600 square feet)

Each additional room: $49

 

Commercial Services:

For commercial properties like hotels, rehab facilities, and Airbnbs, pricing is dependent on the size of your facility and the frequency of visits needed. Please reach out to us directly for a tailored quote that meets your specific requirements.

 

Service Areas:

Potomac Working Dogs provides services in Fairfax, Loudoun and Arlington counties.  If you are outside our service area, please contact us and we can discuss options.

 

 

The success rate of canine bed bug detection is very high.   In one study, dogs were able to detect bed bugs with 97% accuracy.  This is more accurate than human searches which are much more costly and only offer an accuracy rate of 40%-60%, depending on the size and centralized location of the infestation.  Potomac Working Dogs is not responsible for missing or false hits, but we will do everything we can to ensure that our dogs give you an accurate reading.  We also encourage customers to contact a remediation company for further actions if bed bugs are detected by our canines.
